Delivery Details

Shipping Fee

FREE shipping on all items to Continental US.

Shipping Countries

1. Currently we only ship to the 48 states in the United States. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico, we are unable to deliver due to logistical reasons.

2. All orders must have a valid street/residential address and we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Methods

All products will be shipped from our Chinese warehouses by sea freight and local UPS/FedEx in the US and the total shipping time is around 38-50 working days mostly.

Order Cutoff Time & Shipping Time

The cutoff time and shipping time are based on working days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays and weekends.

Order cutoff time: Before 6:00 pm(GMT+8)

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Max. processing time: 3-5 business days

Shipping time: 35-45 business days

Duties & Taxes

1. Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

2. Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid by us, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

Shipment for large quantity

Regarding the large quantity order/full container shipping, please contact us here or at info@diypow.com, and we will provide you a more suitable shipping method.

Orders Tracking

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier’s information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items on the carrier’s official website 24 hours a day, or you can also visit our Track Your Order Page for detailed steps of order tracking.

Order Delay

If you do not receive the package within the estimated delivery time, please email us at info@diypow.com, we will help you to check the tracking information of your order, and then give you a satisfactory response.

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you may look around, check it with your neighbors. After the package still does not show itself up, please report it to the shipping carrier company. Notice

1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

2. When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when the weather permits.

3. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at info@diypow.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping.

Return Details

Diypow has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception within 30 days from the delivery time, if you found problems such as manufacturing defects, damages and loss of cargo, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and send us the pictures or videos, after confirmation, we will be responsible for this issues (not including issues caused by any personal behaviors) and offering you a satisfactory solution includes free repair service or sending replacement parts or resend it or replace it or refund the product cost. After 30 days of signing the order, we will not provide returns or refunds for these cases.

Return Policy

Items in these conditions can be eligible for return:

1. The items have not been signed, and the express company can intercept the package.

2. The items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. And for the batteries, which must be unused and in good condition with good electrodes, no welding, no wear and tear and good appearance. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when applying for a return.

Items in these conditions cannot be provided a return or refund:

1. After the assembly or assembly process happens any problem, such as the protection board connected to the wrong wire burned leads to battery damage, charger failure, assembly error or unbalanced assembly, etc.

2. For damage caused, such as battery bulge / welded, battery pack without BMS protection caused by charging.

Return Shipping Address

To start a return, you can contact us at info@diypow.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the specific return address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

If the express company fail to intercept the package, or you do not reject the parcel when it deliver, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If it is a quality problem, the return shipping fee will be borne by us. If it is damaged by the buyer, the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.

Order Cancellation

1. We only accept cancellation orders before shipment, and we do not accept cancellation orders after shipment. You have 48 hours to decide whether to cancel it or not after the order is placed. Please contact us via email to have the order canceled timely. Once you get a cancellation confirmation from our customer care team, the full refund will be issued to you within 5 business days.

2. We have the right to cancel an order due to items being oversold or for any reason of our choosing. If we choose to cancel an order you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.

Note: Due to the new policy released by our Payment Channel, if you would like to cancel your purchase, the handling fee is 6% of the total amount of the order.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process in 7 business days, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
